Please let us know of cancellation as soon as possible. The forfeit of funds are based on the following schedule:
Cancellation 30 days prior= full refund
Cancellation 29-15 days prior = loss of half of deposit (25% of total amount due)
Cancellation 14-8 days prior = loss of full deposit (50% of total amount due)
Cancellation 7 or less days prior = loss of total amount due (100%)
